I still think of having another you, but this is not a good idea.
You can harm me if I have too much of you.
Should I? Should I not?
Tough decision I'm facing here!!!
*Sight........*
The sky is blue but it windy, should wander around or should I stay in.....
I hear someone at the door ....... yes I have a visitor now:)

Late Evening Coffee
I normally don't drink coffee that late but today after my cheesy greasy dinner, I feel like to have a warm drink and the coffee pop up into my head, so I just made one and have it. It was a very ligth coffee, so I hope it won't keep me awake all night long. Will have to drink more water to keep my whole system hydrated.

Coffee Makers

Starting a day!!!
I reward myself with a cup of nice fresh hot milk Latte. I sometime buy it or simply just make one myself.
These days I often make a cuppa (cup of coffee). The reason is simply I want to save some cash. Since cash is a bit hard to earn or make and everything in the market these day are sky rocket. So I save on things that I could, a little spare cash in a bag is always better then nothing.
It costs me nothing to make a cuppa as the milk and coffee is provided at work^^. As I’m not so a really morning, I usually have my coffee at work which is at around 9:30 am. It takes me about 4 minutes to make a cuppa. Some make coffee in a minute but for me I like my coffee super hot and foam. It takes me 3 minutes to warm up the fresh full cream milk. My morning coffee is usually stronger then the one I have a later stage, afternoon (arvo). I put 2 full teaspoons of coffee powder with lot of milk. As you notice I don’t used hot water in my coffee at all. I like if super smooth foam milking coffee
My latte recipe,
Please feel free to use it as I don’t really mind :)
Fill the coffee mug with milk about ¾ mug full, and
Warm it up in the microwave for 3 minutes, and
Add 2 full teaspoons of instant coffee powder or a shot of espresso if I’m not too lazy ^^, and
Add1 teaspoon of raw sugar (I like brown sugar then the white sugar) and
Stir the milk, coffee and sugar till it all dissolves.
Voila, my latte :)
I kick start my day with a strong cup of Latte……. How do you kick start your day?
It's been a while !!!
Here I am, back to blogging again ^^

How many cuppa is too many???
Coffee contain caffeine, having too many of it is bad :-( and full stop!!!!
So do not have more then 3 cups of coffee in a day for though who consume more then this.
Please also note Caffeine is not just found in Coffee, so always read the nutritional label of what you are about to consume.
According to the research, Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, alleviating fatigue and increasing wakefulness. It is increase the alertness of your mind and increase the metabolism. In some way Caffeine give health benefit to our body, and mind such as increase concentration and stay focus and help to burn fat fast :) however having too much of it, it gives you the bad affect and for though that caffeine sensitive, it just gives even bad affect.
For most people, moderate doses of caffeine — 200 to 300 milligrams (mg), or about two to four cups of brewed coffee a day — aren't harmful. But some circumstances may warrant limiting or even ending your caffeine routine. Read on to see if any of these apply to you.
Though moderate caffeine intake isn't likely to cause harm, too much can noticeably affect your health. Heavy daily caffeine use — more than 500 to 600 mg a day, or about four to seven cups of coffee — can cause:
- Insomnia
- Nervousness
- Restlessness
- Irritability
- Nausea or other gastrointestinal problems
- Fast or irregular heartbeat
- Muscle tremors
- Headaches
- Anxiety
Some people are more sensitive to caffeine than are others. If you're susceptible to the effects of caffeine, just small amounts — even one cup of coffee or tea — may prompt unwanted effects, such as anxiety, restlessness, irritability and sleep problems. How you react to caffeine may be determined in part by how much caffeine you're used to drinking. So, people who don't regularly consume caffeine tend to be more sensitive to its negative effects. Other factors may include body mass, age, smoking habits, drug or hormone use, stress and health conditions such as anxiety disorders. Sex may even play a role: Research suggests that men are more susceptible to caffeine than are women.
Sleep
Most adults need seven to eight hours of sleep each night. But caffeine can interfere with this much-needed sleep. Chronically losing sleep — whether it's from work, travel, stress or too much caffeine — results in sleep deprivation. Sleep loss is cumulative, and even small nightly decreases can add up and disturb your daytime alertness and performance.
Using caffeine to mask sleep deprivation can create an unwelcome cycle. For example, you drink caffeinated beverages because you have trouble staying awake during the day. But the caffeine keeps you from falling asleep at night, shortening the length of time you sleep. Caffeine can also increase the number of times you wake up during the night and interfere with deep sleep, making your night less restful. You wake up tired the next day and reach for your morning jolt of Java.
The best way to break this cycle is to reduce the caffeine and add more hours of quality sleep each day. Try to avoid caffeinated beverages eight hours before your desired bedtime. Your body doesn't store caffeine, but it takes many hours for it to eliminate the stimulant and its effects.
Warning
Certain medications and herbal supplements negatively interact with caffeine. So yeah talk to your doctor or pharmacist about whether caffeine might affect your prescription. He or she can say whether you need to reduce or eliminate caffeine from your diet.
Control your quantity
Whether it's for one of the reasons above — or because you want to trim your spending on pricey coffee drinks — cutting back on caffeine can be challenging. Too abrupt a decrease in caffeine can cause caffeine withdrawal with signs and symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, irritability and nervousness. Fortunately, these symptoms usually resolve after several days.
To change your caffeine habit more gradually, try these tips:
- Keep tabs. Start paying attention to how much caffeine you're getting from foods and beverages. It may be more than you think. Read labels carefully. Even then, your estimate may be a little low because not all foods list caffeine. Chocolate, which has a small amount, doesn't.
- Cut back. But do it gradually. For example, drink one less can of soda or drink a smaller cup of coffee each day. This will help your body get used to the lower levels of caffeine and thereby lessen the withdrawal effects.
- Go decaf. Most decaffeinated beverages look and taste the same as their caffeinated counterparts.
- Make it quick or herbal. When making tea, brew it for less time. This cuts down on its caffeine content. Or choose herbal teas, which don't contain the stimulant.
- Check the bottle. Some over-the-counter pain relievers contain caffeine — as much as 130 mg of caffeine in one dose. Look for caffeine-free pain relievers instead.
Oh yeah one last point but not least, for those who just have coffee alone for breakfast, I think you are in a serious healthy threatening...... please eat your breakfast more then just a cup of coffee :P
Stay Healthy everyone ~*
P.S Breakfast does not make you fat, but dinner does ;-)
